Product Description:

This drum pump is suitable for a variety of liquid applications, excluding gasoline and drinking water. It can handle water-based solutions of acids, alkalis, and salts, as well as some organic solvents, water, and all petroleum products. It is also compatible with most organic acids, solvents, waxes, plating solutions, detergents, and water-soluble inorganic chemicals.

The pump features reversible rotation and a flow rate of 35 liters per minute, with three pieces of threaded suction tube included. It operates without the need for power, using a simple handle and siphon action to transfer the liquid.

Installation instructions: 1. Connect the nozzle and intake manifold. 2. Insert the intake pipe into the drum and tighten it. 3. Operate the pump rod to start the flow. 4. Stop the rod to stop the flow.

Attention: If the pump is not used frequently, the fluid may need to be "primed" by pouring some coolant from the top spout into the pump assembly before starting.

This drum pump is easy to install without corrosion and is suitable for use in agricultural equipment, industrial vehicles, and automobile repair shops. It is great for pumping weak acids, weak alkalis, alcohol, diesel fuel, machine oil, and water, but should not be used for gasoline or drinking water.

The pump is designed for 5, 15, 30, and 55-gallon drums and is made from high-quality engineered plastic, providing excellent chemical resistance. The drum pump body, inlet and outlet tubes, and handle are made of polypropylene, the rotor and blade are made of PPS (Phenylenesulfide), the seal and oil seal are made of fluoroelastomer, and the screws and nuts are made of A3 steel.

Our Hand Rotary Drum Pump is constructed from high-quality polypropylene with an FKM seal, PPS vane, 316SS vane spring, PP spout, and PP suction tube. It is not recommended for use with degreaser concentrate.
